Yoga is the oldest known movement practice and offers students a profoundly intelligent and holistic approach to  moving.

The variety of practices that yoga incorporates makes it highly adaptable depending on mood, on health, on flexibility, on all our varied and specific needs.

Teaching in a variety of settings; from one-to-one sessions in a students home to business boardrooms in the city; from general mixed ability classes to community based classes in schools,  I find that in all these classes and environments, the yoga offers individuals - regardless of health and flexibility- the opportunity to free the breath and find a new way to be in the body
