"I've had Mel as a yoga teacher for the past few year's.  I was knocked over by a car, so I had to regain my balance, posture, etc..  Mel stuck to it, so that now I'm pretty much back to normal.  Now I go to her classes, not because it's to do with any sort of recovery program, but because I really LIKE them.  She take's the time to show you the position's, check's everyone's doing it properly, gently correct's, and we all have a good laugh whilst doing it.  A very good mix of teacher and practioner!"  John

"I have been doing yoga with Mel for over 2 years now and it has it has helped me to be more aware of my breathing and posture.
 Mel is a knowledgeable and compassionate teacher who cares about her students. I have problems with my neck/shoulders/arms and Mel always take this into account and allows me to work within my own limits. There is no pressure to do all the postures and alternatives are offered. Each class is different with a variety of postures and sequences.  Sometimes the classes are quite challenging, but I always leave feeling energised, but somehow calm and relaxed at the same time."   Helen
